By accessing, browsing, or using this website, any associated subdomains, applications, newsletters, social media channels, or any other digital properties operated by us (collectively, the “Site”), you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) unconditionally consent to the practices described herein. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you must immediately cease all use of the Site.

Exercising your rights does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out prior to your request.

12. do not track signals

We do not honor Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals or similar mechanisms transmitted by web browsers. The Site will continue to collect and use data as described in this Policy regardless of any DNT preferences you may set.

13. california and state-specific disclosures

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) and the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”). If any provision of this Policy is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such finding shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.

This Policy, together with our Terms of Service, constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
